Apple hfs+ drivers themselves work fine after updating to the 1607 (anniversary update). they just have problems mounting the drives. you have to devise some method for mounting them manually.. This is because apple has included read-only hfs+ driver with boot camp and it lets you only copy and open files saved on mac’s hfs+ partition. yes, paragon software has recently released free hfs+ driver for windows 10/8.1 to help users easily copy and move files to mac’s partition from windows 10/8.1.. Update: i've tried reinstalling the boot camp support software from apple, just in case it's an issue with the hfs+ drivers in windows 10. did this by downloading the support software from boot camp assistant onto a usb drive and doing a repair using setup.exe in windows 10..
The windows anniversary update (1607) breaks the applehfs.sys and applemnt.sys. unless you go back to the 1511_1 or 1511_2 releases, this will not work anymore.. I've been searching around on the internet for a while trying to answer this question, but i can't get a clear answer for it. background info: i'm running el capitan with a windows 10 partition on my mbp that i created through boot camp..
